Blues Prophets Live at The Hill Arts

Get ready for a night of deep grooves, soulful vocals, and electrifying blues as the Blues Prophets bring their powerhouse sound to The Hill Arts!

A favorite of Maine’s blues scene, The Blues Prophets deliver an authentic, high-energy performance rooted in Chicago and Delta blues traditions while infused with rock, soul, and improvisational fire. Featuring masterful musicianship, scorching guitar work, driving rhythms, and expressive harmonica, the band creates the kind of live experience that keeps audiences on their feet and coming back for more.

Band members Doug Wainoris, guitar/vocals, DW Gill, harmonica/vocals. Jeffrey Davison, drums/vocals. Jamie Isaacson, piano and Jack Tukey, bass guitar have been playing as a band for over 50 years. The band traveled to the blues bars of Chicago, played many stages in New Orleans, Washington, D.C., Boston, and throughout Maine/New England, honing their craft and becoming an institution. During their travels they met and played with living legends of the day such as James Cotton, Otis Rush, Muddy Waters, Professor Longhair, Jimmy Johnson and Bonnie Raitt.

Whether you’re a lifelong blues fan or simply love great live music, this is the perfect chance to experience one of the region’s most dynamic blues bands in the intimate setting of The Hill Arts where every note hits close and every performance feels personal.

Big sound. Deep blues. One unforgettable night.
