Featuring a fearless crew of local writers, actors, and comedians, Hey Party People! is Portland’s premier sketch comedy troupe and they’re bringing their wonderfully ridiculous world to The Hill Arts for one night only.
Expect a fast-paced hour of sketches that swing wildly between the absurd and the painfully relatable. Office disasters, questionable life choices, awkward social encounters, and characters you’ll swear you’ve met before, it’s all fair game.

First thing you should know about Hey Party People!: they're hardcore.
Like, you’re just standing there enjoying a Capri Sun and—BAM!—someone knocks it right out of your tiny, sweaty hands. Suddenly you’re trending because the whole thing was livestreamed. Now we’re in court, the judge clearly has no idea what he’s doing, and our cellmate Lawrence won’t stop explaining his extremely detailed conspiracy theory about ranch dressing.
Look… Lawrence might actually be onto something.
Anyway, they eventually get out on good behavior—just in time to perform our hilarious, high-energy sketch show at The Hill Arts on May 23 at 7:30 PM. You’ll be there with your Capri Sun. HPP will be there doing comedy. Some dork might try to knock the Capri Sun out of your hands again, but this time we step in.
There will be a moment. Eye contact. Redemption.
