Cattle Call is a Maine-based Country/Folk/Rock band delivering an irresistible mix of original songs and timeless favorites rooted in storytelling and the spirit of Maine. With twangy guitars, soaring leads, tight harmonies, and a rhythm section that knows how to drive a song home, Cattle Call brings warmth, energy, and authenticity to every performance. Expect songs about love, heartbreak, small towns, back roads, hard-earned wisdom, and the occasional questionable life decision, all delivered with grit, charm, and a healthy sense of humor. Mark Farrington, Vocals & Acoustic Guitar, is the founder,  songwriter and voice behind the band. A longtime Maine musician, Farrington writes vividly about life in Maine, log trucks, snowmobile trails, small towns, old friendships, and the bittersweet moments that shape everyday life. His songwriting blends country, folk, and roots rock with storytelling that feels both deeply personal and unmistakably Maine.

Jimmy McGirr, Bass & Vocals, is an original member of Cattle Call. Known for his tight harmonies and steady bass lines, McGirr has been a key part of the band's sound since its early days. Outside of Cattle Call, he has performed with Maine bands including The McCarthys and The Orbits, bringing decades of of musical camaraderie to the group.

Charlie Gaylord, Lead Guitar, provides the lead guitar that gives Cattle Call its distinctive character and drive. A respected Maine guitarist, Gaylord was a founding member of Diesel Doug and the Long Haul Truckers and has played with muli-grammy award winning singer-songwriter Amy Allen. Charlie blends roots-inspired tones with rock-and-roll energy, adding depth, texture, and excitement to the band's live performances.

John Davison, Drums & Vocals, anchors the band with a steady, roots-driven groove while contributing vocal harmonies. A veteran of the Maine music scene, he has performed with bands including The McCarthys and Diesel Doug and the Long Haul Truckers.
